Washington – Today, Congressman Diane Black (R-TN-06) participated in a Ways and Means Committee Hearing on the implementation of Obamacare with the Director of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Marilyn Tavenner. During her questioning, Congressman Black raised concerns from her constituents and fellow Tennesseans who are losing their health coverage as a result of Obamacare, and questioned CMS’ decision to move forward with implementation when the system clearly was not ready.
